Chili ~ YUMMY!

Today I made 'Christmas Chili' for dinner. We call it 'Christmas Chili' because I got this recipe from a girl who I worked with who's last name is Christmas!
Here's the awesome (and super easy) recipe:

CHRISTMAS CHILI

  • 1 lb Ground Beef, Browned
  • 2 Cans Light Red Kidney Beans, Drained
  • 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Can Water
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper, Chopped
  • 3 Celery Stalks, Chopped
  • 1 Envelope Chili Mix with 1/2 cup water
  • Chili Powder, to taste

Mix all ingredients and cook on medium for 1+ hour, stirring occasionally. (The longer it cooks, the better!!!)

So Yummy!
